Executive Assistant
Ola is a graduate of the School of Logistics in Poznań with a specialization in logistics management. She has a strong background in business administration and is passionate about efficiency and workflow automation. As the executive assistant to SOWA's CEO, Damian, Ola helps manage his schedule and commitments.
Sergio
Filmmaker
Sergio is a skilled cinematographer and film editor with a degree in telecommunications from Tenerife. After completing an internship at FilmPoint in Poland, Sergio has worked at various studios throughout the country, including CeTA studio in Wroclaw and Camera Nera. Currently based in Poznan, Sergio has worked on projects for Kino Muza and the Poznan Marathon.
Victoria
Social Media Manager
Victoria is responsible for social media and video communications at SOWA Marketing. With a Masters in International Communications and extensive experience in digital media, Victoria helps SOWA's clients engage with millennials and digital natives through engaging online videos. Victoria is from Southern China and aspires to one day direct feature films.
Nathan
Copywriter
Nathan is an experienced writer and editor who has written or ghostwritten for various publications such as the Harvard Business Review and Forbes. He helps SOWA clients with narrative strategy and advises publishing houses on marketing approaches. Nathan is also an avid traveler and anthropologist.
Izabela
Copywriter
Izabela has a wealth of experience in business and international relations, having worked for UNESCO in Jordan and the Polish Ministry of Education. She is also the co-founder of a successful medical database, QUPI, in California. Izabela is fluent in multiple languages and has a strong understanding of both the Polish and US markets.
Barry
Project Manager
Barry has over 20 years of experience in media production and has worked on projects for a variety of clients in the United States and Poland. At SOWA Marketing, he leads the company's media production team and helps clients create compelling content for their audiences. Barry is also a skilled musician and composer.

Chairman
J. T. Madicus has extensive business experience in Poland, the United States, and Great Britain. At SOWA Marketing, he helps businesses take advantage of expanding opportunities in Poland, including helping British and American firms access Poland's affordable and highly educated workforce and assisting Polish companies in expanding their markets in the UK and North America.

Damian is the CEO and co-founder of SOWA. He is a solutions-oriented analytical creator with a thorough understanding of technology and a strong background in business. As a graduate of the University of Adam Mickiewicz, one of Poland's top management institutions, Damian has a deep understanding of the global business landscape and a track record of developing innovative solutions for clients and partners.
