Why this role exists
Poland Magazines depends on editorial quality, consistency and reliable publication. This role exists to own that: real editorial judgement, coordinated contributors, and a publication that is trustworthy and on time.
What you will own
- Planning topics and the editorial calendar.
- Editing, proofreading, fact-checking and final sign-off within your scope.
- Coordinating contributors, materials, permissions and deadlines.
- Preparing content for publication and post-publication quality checks.
- Maintaining a consistent editorial style and sourcing standard.
- Supporting publicity/PR for the publication without blurring editorial and paid-media responsibility.
What good performance looks like
Publication happens on schedule. Factual and language errors after publication are rare. Permissions, sources and materials are complete before publishing. The content pipeline stays consistently full, not last-minute.
