MEDIA & PR

PR Built on Credible Messaging, Not Guaranteed Coverage

Media & PR work prepares your messaging, press materials, journalist outreach and reputation communication around a real story. Editorial decisions belong to journalists and media outlets – we commit to the process, not the placement.

When Media & PR Makes Sense

Good Fit When

  • You have a genuine story – a launch, event, funding, partnership or newsworthy update
  • You want structured outreach to relevant journalists and media rather than ad hoc pitching
  • You need bilingual PL/EN materials or support entering the Polish market

What PR Can't Guarantee

Editorial interest depends on story quality, timing, the news cycle, evidence and outlet priorities. We can't guarantee coverage, placement, reach or sentiment – but we can commit to a disciplined, well-prepared process.

CAPABILITIES

What SOWA Can Support

PR Strategy & Messaging

Defining the story, angle and target audience.

Press Releases (Bilingual PL/EN)

Structured for editorial use, coordinated with Copywriting where needed.

Media Lists & Journalist Outreach

Building relevant contact lists and pitching your story.

Corporate Communication & Event Publicity

Announcements, leadership changes, partnerships, and press coordination around events.

Arts & Culture / Film PR

PR support for creative and cultural projects, including film-related announcements.

Market-Entry Communication in Poland

Polish-language materials and outreach for organisations entering the local market.

Coverage Reporting

Reporting on materials created, media contacted, responses and coverage.

Press and event photography may be separately scoped; physical, on-set film production remains separately scoped through SOWA Films.

What This Service Depends On

  • A real, evidence-backed story or announcement
  • Spokesperson availability and accurate information
  • Target markets, languages and realistic timing
  • Approvals for messaging and materials before outreach begins

Crisis or sensitive-issue support requires a defined escalation path, decision-maker availability and agreed response expectations – this is not assumed in a standard PR package.

How the Work Typically Happens

  1. Introductory brief — confirm goals, audience, message and timing.
  2. Strategy & messaging — define channels, angle and distribution plan.
  3. Content & materials — press release, pitch or media kit prepared, bilingually where needed.
  4. Outreach — journalists and media contacted; event press coordinated where relevant.
  5. Reporting — coverage and outreach results reported; strategy adjusted if we continue.

Media & PR FAQ

What PR services do you offer?

Depending on scope, work can include strategy, messaging, press releases, media lists, journalist outreach, event publicity, corporate communication, Arts & Culture PR, film PR, reputation support and coverage reporting.

Do you guarantee publication?

No. Editorial decisions belong to journalists and media outlets. We guarantee the agreed preparation, outreach and reporting process, not a specific placement or publication.

Can you work in Polish and English?

Yes, subject to scope and available specialist resources. Bilingual work includes adaptation to the market and audience rather than literal translation alone.

Can you support market entry in Poland?

Yes. We can help adapt messaging, identify relevant media, prepare Polish-language materials and coordinate outreach for organisations entering the Polish market.

Do you offer crisis communication?

Crisis and sensitive-issue support requires a defined escalation path, decision-maker availability and an appropriate scope. Availability and response time must be agreed in advance and can't be assumed from a standard package.

How do you report results?

Reporting can include materials created, media contacted, responses, interviews, coverage and next actions. The final measures depend on the campaign objective and available evidence.

How are photography and film handled?

Press and event photography can be coordinated with an agreed location, deliverables and schedule. Physical, on-set film production is quoted separately through SOWA Films; approved in-house pre- and post-production may be coordinated through SOWA 360 where feasible.
