Unsupported or obsolete technology may require a separate remediation project. Your accepted proposal or agreement remains the binding scope.

What is the difference between Web Care and Web Development?
Web Development builds, rebuilds and technically implements websites. Web Care is separate recurring maintenance and support for a site that already exists.
Do you provide hosting?
Hosting and domain fees remain separate unless explicitly included in your package.
Do you guarantee website security or uptime?
No. We can't promise zero downtime, zero hacks or perfect security – reliability depends on the hosting environment, software stack and third-party vendors, alongside our agreed maintenance scope.
What happens if an update breaks something?
We review and address issues within the agreed scope and response expectations. Not every plugin or theme update can be applied safely without review, which is part of why routine checks matter.
Are emergency fixes included?
Critical emergency or after-hours support is only included if your accepted package specifies it. Standard response expectations are agreed upfront.
Can you maintain a site you did not build?
Yes, provided the technology is maintainable or an accepted technology decision is made. Unsupported or obsolete platforms may need a separate remediation project first.
